About Me
My name is Ms. Sepulveda. I hope to help you build your confidence in whatever subject you need help with. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to help you to improve and to teach you the tools you need to practice and work on your own. We can work together to help you find your interest and motivation in any subject.
Education
I have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Rollins College. I also have a Master's in Linguistics from FAU.
Teaching Experience
I have been working at a teacher and tutor most of my life. My parents were both teachers, so I had the opportunity to be a teacher's assistant in middle school for my mother. I tutored math and Spanish in high school. I worked as an independent contractor for many years tutoring various subjects from math and reading for children to ESL and linguistics for adults. I worked for a tutoring company that, with governmental assistance, helped children in the foster care system raise their grades. I have also been an ESL teacher in Boca for Language Exchange International. I am currently an adjunct professor in developmental English at PBSC. I also work as a teacher's assistant in philosophy at FAU.
Interests
I love being out in nature- going for walks, taking care of my garden, and swimming. I also enjoy crafting and making gifts as well as things for the house. I often read in my free time, mainly philosophy or linguistics books.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
